This collaborative project, completed with the VSU Special Topics VCAD Design Services team, focused on developing a kid-friendly visual identity for the Youth Demonstration Farm (YDF) at Randolph Farm. YDF serves as an educational space where K–12 students explore gardening, farming, and agriculture through a variety of themed areas such as the Heritage Heirloom Garden, Pollinator Garden, Virginia Crops, Compost, and more.

Our goal was to create engaging mascots and supportive signage to help guide young visitors through the farm’s different plots. My contributions included designing the primary mascots, “Big Troy” and “Trina,” as well as collaborating on the overall signage system to enhance wayfinding and enrich the farm’s hands-on learning experience.
